About Us

 Hello!

I am Zachary Molyet, a Partner and the CEO of Molyet Bookkeeping & Accounting LLC. I wanted to use this page to provide a better understanding of my qualifications and background for potential clients. I have obtained my Professional Bookkeeper (PB), QuickBooks Specialist (QS), and Professional Tax Preparer (PTP) certifications from Universal Accounting. I am currently working to obtain my CPA.

I started Molyet Bookkeeping & Accounting LLC because I wanted to try to change the way individuals, businesses and other accountants approached accounting. Throughout my career, I have seen one major response to all accounting aspects. This response is stress. I noticed that accounting was only stressful because those in accounting were making it stressful.

I want to push for accounting to be a passion, a job that people want to come and do every day. I want to show individuals and businesses that there is no need to stress about accounting. Yes, there are deadlines, yes there are outside forces that we cannot predict, but accounting, month end close, bookkeeping, filing taxes, paying taxes, should not be stressful.

I am here to eliminate the stress for my clients, and hopefully someday for my employees as well. I want to show everyone that we can do bookkeeping, file taxes, and accounting without the stress.

Qualifications & Background

In 2019, I graduated Suma Cum Laude with two bachelor’s degrees from Tiffin University. One Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Business Management.

During college, I was given the opportunity to intern with a public accounting firm, Fruth & Company, PLL. As an Auditing Intern, I obtained basic knowledge of auditing by reviewing financial and audit statements made by the company. I participated in investigating audit selections, trend analysis, variance analysis and so on.

I then worked for another public accounting firm, Titus & Urbanski, Inc after my internship with Fruth & Company, PLL. Here I prepared individual tax returns, business tax returns, trust tax returns, sales & use tax returns, issuing payroll & preparing payroll tax statements to be filed on a state and federal level, bookkeeping, and continued learning more about auditing.

I then moved into the private sector when I started working for Nissin Brake Ohio, Inc. Here I learned the ins and outs of accounts receivable. I oversaw collections, reconciling AR, making journal entries for AR, and closing AR each month. I also gained important experience for presenting trend analysis and other types of analysis to senior leadership to show what past due invoices were in the top 80% and should be collected on first.

I then worked for Buckeye Broadband where I learned the ins and outs out of month end close. I oversaw recording all credit card charges and reconciling credit card statements each month, reconciling and making payroll journal entries, a strong emphasis on record retention.

When working for Associated Spring Raymond, I oversaw all close processes. I made all the journal entries after reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly sales tax reporting and payments. With a three-day close period, I improved my time management and provided significant process improvements for the company such as virtual record retention and better tracking of month end close tasks.

Currently, I work for Robex, LLC as a Senior Accountant. I oversee all treasury related tasks within the company including adding ACH information for vendors, making vendor payments/processing customer refunds, entering customer deposits and offsetting open invoices, responding to all tax related questions and notices, reconciling and entering credit card charges, and reconciling bank statements.

Please consider Molyet Bookkeeping & Accounting LLC for all your accounting needs. We are here to improve the overall accounting experience and provide Accounting Peace of Mind For All!
